1. Website Use
Virkut.com must only be used for lawful purposes.
You must not use our website for fraudulent, illegal, harmful, or unauthorized activities.
2. Product Information
Virkut.com makes every effort to provide accurate product images, descriptions, specifications, and other product information.
However, the actual color or appearance of a product may look slightly different depending on your device, screen, lighting, or display settings.
3. Product Pricing
Product prices displayed on Virkut.com may be changed at any time.
If an incorrect price is displayed due to a technical or human error, the order will not be confirmed at the incorrect price.
In such cases, the customer will be contacted and informed of the correct price.
4. Orders
After you submit an order through our website, your order will be received and, when required, our customer support team will contact you by phone to confirm the order.
After confirmation, the product will be prepared and sent for delivery.
5. Order Cancellation
Customers can request order cancellation before the product is sent to the courier for delivery.
An order cannot be cancelled after the product has been handed over to the courier.
6. Delivery
Virkut.com uses different courier and delivery services to deliver products.
Customers must provide accurate:
- Name
- Mobile number
- Delivery address
If delivery fails because the customer provided incorrect information, the customer will be responsible for the resulting costs.
If another delivery attempt is required because of incorrect customer information, the customer must pay the additional delivery charge.
7. Return
Virkut.com provides a 7-Day Return Policy.
Customers must submit a return request within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
No return request will be accepted after 7 days.
All return requests must comply with the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Physical Damage
No return or refund will be provided for physical damage caused by the customer’s use, misuse, negligence, or mishandling.
This includes broken, cracked, burned, water-damaged, impact-damaged, or otherwise physically damaged products caused by the customer.
9. Return Delivery Charge
If a customer returns a product, the customer must pay the full Courier/Delivery Charge for sending the product back to Virkut.com.
Virkut.com will not bear the return delivery cost.
The return delivery charge will not be refunded.
10. Refund
If a return meets all the conditions of our Return & Refund Policy and the return is approved, a refund will be provided.
The returned product will be inspected before the refund process begins.
If the product does not meet the requirements of the Return & Refund Policy, the return will be rejected and no refund will be provided.
11. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order.
If incorrect information provided by the customer causes problems with order delivery, the customer will be responsible for the resulting consequences and costs.
12. Website Content
The Virkut.com logo, product images, text, graphics, website design, and other original content belong to Virkut.com.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior permission from Virkut.com.
13. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Virkut.com:
- Placing orders using false information
- Placing fraudulent orders
- Using another person’s identity
- Attempting to compromise website security
